This page provides information, terms and conditions for EasyAsset's marketing partnership solutions including:
- Storefront marketing packages
- Campaign marketing services

Definitions
Website: Refers to the website owner/operator EASYASSET GROUP Pty Ltd (https://easyasset.com.au, Australia ABN 20 079 858 236), operators of IndustrySearch.com.au, MedicalSearch.com.au and HospitalityHub.com.au.
Supplier marketing packages
These are the standard terms and conditions for our Storefront Packages. By processing an online payment, signing up via one of our online pages, or using confirmation phrases such as ‘Activate My Storefront’, ‘Renew My Storefront’, or ‘Upgrade My Storefront’, you enter into an agreement with the website or an authorised representative and agree to be bound by the following terms:
- You agree to adhere to the parameters of the package you maintain with us.
- We reserve the right to revise our packages as required.
- We reserve the right to deny any organisation from being listed on our platform.
Definitions
- Website/We: refers to the website owner/operator - EASYASSET GROUP Pty Ltd - https://easyasset.com.au
- Company: refers to a business maintaining a Storefront on our website
- Packages: refers to the Storefront service provided
Terms of use
The website provides digital marketing and commerce services under the following conditions:
- Companies must be legally registered as required by the website
- Products/services must be lawfully acquired and legal in nature
- No untrue or unsubstantiated claims may be made
- Companies must offer adequate customer service and support
- Companies must comply with all applicable commercial laws
- Clear articulation of purpose, products and/or services is required
- Promotional content must respect copyright and trademark laws
- Companies must have proper authorisation to market advertised items
- Geographic exclusivity must be clearly stated, if applicable
- Adult and gambling products/services are not permitted
We allocate category inventory based on performance and platform-wide supply/demand. If a category reaches capacity, we may pause featuring your products in that category but will continue promoting them in related categories.
Billing and payment
By entering into a contract via email, phone, fax or online, companies are legally bound to our payment terms.
- Credit collection: Overdue accounts (60+ days) may be referred to a credit collection agency.
Monthly subscriptions
- Start from the first successful payment
- Promotional offers may have extended minimum terms
- First payment required before setup unless otherwise agreed
- Monthly payments are ongoing unless cancelled in writing after the minimum term
- 30 days' notice required for cancellation
- Cancelled packages may have their rankings/content reset
- Upgrades are allowed during a minimum term; downgrades are not
All subscriptions and upgrades
- Payment due within 14 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed
- Renewals/upgrades require your approval
- Any price reviews will be communicated in advance
- Customers must notify us of bank account changes
All Access Storefronts
Transactional categories (generally items $200 or less):
- Storefront is self-service (no dedicated account manager)
- Only products agreed upon as "Transactional" may be featured
- If higher value products are added, we must be notified, and a full Storefront rate may apply (with prior agreement)
Money Back Guarantee
Available to approved new customers in developing platform areas.
Eligibility and conditions:
- Applies to capital equipment suppliers only
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Approval required before any payment
- Full refund issued over two months if:
- 80% of leads are actioned within 48 hours
- 12 full monthly payments are made
- Refund results in a two-year exclusion from the platform
Categorisation
We continually update directories and categories. We reserve the right to edit or add categories at our discretion. Companies may suggest categories for review.
Category ranking
Ranking is based on:
- Package level
- Activation date
- Engagement rank (e.g., click-through rates, views)
Boosted categories
High-growth categories where EasyAsset allocates more resources. If your products fall within these categories, pricing may vary (you’ll be notified in advance).
Search engine optimisation
We apply best-practice SEO but cannot guarantee specific rankings. Follow our guidelines to improve visibility.
Platform sponsorship
Sponsor logos/banners are placed in relevant locations, based on package level. Additional placements may be purchased. Platform changes may override prior arrangements.
Content pages/items
Content limits depend on package level. Each page may include videos and images that must meet our system specifications.
Followers
You can build a network of followers who receive monthly updates. A FOLLOW button can be added to your website or email signature to grow your audience.
Storefront management
Each Storefront has access to a Supplier Panel with tools to update content and monitor results. Support is always available.
Tracking and measurement
Click stats and other performance data are accessible via your Supplier Panel.
Hot Products
Hot Products are a paid advertising option. Only available to current Storefront holders.
System maintenance and data
We take reasonable steps to maintain services and back up data but are not liable for any data loss.
System rights
Companies do not acquire rights to our platform’s underlying systems, software, or infrastructure.
Liabilities and warranties
EasyAsset and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Data loss or miscommunication
- Platform errors or unauthorised access
- Fraudulent or negligent third-party activity
Privacy policy
Customers agree to abide by our privacy and data use policies.
Rights and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their own data and interactions. Customers indemnify EasyAsset against liabilities arising from:
- Breaches of these terms
- Misuse of their account or services
- Posting offensive or illegal content
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or deny access during:
- Maintenance
- Breaches of terms
- Actions that may undermine platform integrity
Logo and brand use
By appearing on our platforms, you consent to EasyAsset using your logo/brand in promotional material.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver.
Unsolicited and unlawful offers
Enquiries must be legal and related to the business in question. Unsolicited offers are discouraged. We are not responsible for the content of enquiries.
Campaign advertising services
These are the terms for EasyAsset’s campaign services. By confirming ‘Confirm My Email Marketing’ or ‘Confirm My Hot Products’, you agree to:
- Comply with the package’s terms
- Acknowledge that packages may change
- Understand that EasyAsset may refuse advertising to any organisation

- Advertiser: Business purchasing advertising services
- Packages: Refers to the advertising products and services
Terms of use
- Advertisers must be legally registered
- Products must be lawful
- No false claims permitted
- Adequate support must be provided
- Compliance with all regional laws is required
- Copyright and trademark laws must be respected
- Exclusive territories must be disclosed
- Adult/gambling content is prohibited
Billing and payment
Advertisers agree to EasyAsset’s billing terms. Overdue accounts may be referred to collection agencies.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations within 60 days of campaign start dates are non-refundable
- Campaigns can be rescheduled up to 180 days from the original date at no extra cost
- Payment remains due per the original booking terms
