A heavy-duty tillage tool, this chisel plough is engineered for breaking soil compaction and ensuring consistent depth control across a range of tough field conditions.

Designed for agricultural tillage, the chisel plough delivers superior residue flow and consistent ground penetration thanks to its well-spaced chisel shanks and aggressive spring assemblies. Its one-, three-, and five-section models offer working widths from 4.9 to 18.3 metres, adapting to different farm scales while ensuring even depth control.

Key Features & Specifications

Superior Residue Flow: Four ranks with 305 mm shank spacing and 965 mm between ranks enable efficient residue movement and uncompromising soil compaction breaking.
Chisel Shanks: Each shank is 152 mm wide, designed “on edge” to reduce draft and improve residue flow, maintaining more than 787 mm frame-to-sweep tip clearance.
Trip Assembly: Aggressive springs provide a standard trip pressure of 317.5 kg (1050 kg for some models), helping sweeps keep preset depth and minimising damage from stones.
Chisel Sections: Available in one, three, or five sections depending on width, with all configurations engineered for consistent depth.
Hitch: Hydraulic or floating hitch ensures stability and contour following. Wider models feature a tricycle wheel arrangement and optional caster wheels for optimum accuracy.
Heavy-Duty Walking Tandems: Maintain level operation and depth across all sections; hubs protected by trash-guarded V-seals.
Single-Point Depth Control: Simple depth adjustment for the whole unit from a single hydraulic cylinder.

Extended shanks for up to 305 mm tillage depth.
Wing extensions to expand working width by 610 mm, 1.2 m, or 1.8 m.
Optional mounted 3-bar harrows, heavy-duty axles, larger tyres, rear hitch, and custom paint colours (red or green).
