Features of the bulk Loading Hopper:

Our purpose built bulk loading hoppers are specifically designed for use with waterjet cutting machines, and can be integrated with most waterjet garnet feed hoppers. 

A Sydney waterjet operator who previously hand loaded 25kg bags of abrasive for over ten years said: 

‘Our loading hopper was one of the best things we have ever purchased.’

1. The bulk hopper is removed from its stand by forklift and its lid is removed
2. A new bulk bag of waterjet garnet is loaded into the bulk hopper, through the bulk bag chute and the lid is replaced.
3. Bulk hopper is lifted back onto the stand and the garnet is decanted into the abrasive feed hopper as required.
