Our purpose-built bulk loading hoppers are specifically designed for use with waterjet cutting machines and can be integrated with most waterjet garnet feed hoppers. 

Product features:

• 1200kg waterjet garnet capacity
• Non-corrosive polyethylene hopper bin with lid
• Engineered support frame and stand
• Stainless steel abrasive gate

1. The bulk hopper is removed from its stand-by forklift and its lid is removed
2. A new bulk bag of waterjet garnet is loaded into the bulk hopper, through the bulk bag chute and the lid is replaced.
3. Bulk hopper is lifted back onto the stand and the garnet is decanted into the abrasive feed hopper as required.
