Viking Plastics mega tanks are fabricated from Paneltim®, an innovative 50mm thick, dual skin sandwich construction panel.

Paneltim® has an internal cross-rib cell structure that is lightweight and results in superior strength and rigidity in both length and width. Made from Polypropylene Copolymer (PPCO) or High Density Polyetheylene (HDPE), Paneltim® panels are suitable for welding construction.

Paneltim® products are chemical resistant, shockproof, UV stabilised, require less reinforcement and ensure static and dynamic stability.
