Fabrication

Each Viking Plastics’ acquaculture tank is fabricated using Paneltim®, an innovative 50mm thick, dual skin sandwich panel.

Paneltim® construction panels have an internal cross-rib cell structure that is light weight yet offers superior strength and rigidity in both length and width.

Paneltim® panels are made from Polypropylene copolymer (PPCO) or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and assure excellent mechanical and chemical features. They are easy to weld into any dimension using buttwelder, hot air or extrusion welders.
