FEATURES OF THE MULTIDISC XL FIXED HEADSTOCK DISC HARROW

• The sharpened serrated discs provide an efficient cutting mechanism.
• For heavier residues, the optional wavy disc is available.
• The bearing and hub assembly is sealed and does not need service greasing.
• The maintenance free heavy-duty bearings on each disc have steel labyrinth protection of the double lip seal.
• Rubber mounted torsion bar enables the disc motion that creates the speed tiller action.
• The individually mounted disc enable maximum movement and freedom of every disc leg independently.
• Depth is controlled by the rear roller.
• The cage roller is the standard option, but various roller options are available including packer roller and other styles.
• Floating system and depth control with simple pin adjustment.
• The floating roller system reduces the disc impact allowing the disc gangs to independently float over subsoil obstructions.
• The right-hand side “hand” deflects soil and material thrown up by the right-most disc back into the machine working width.
