The VacCAT Product Metering System is the premier solution for uniform feeding and metering of the most challenging food products, specifically raw poultry, and meat. This unique weight-based approach can be applied to a wide range of product applications, from glazed chicken wings, to highly-marinated tenders.

C.A.T. VacCAT Product Distribution System

This machine is designed to transfer product with vacuum, and dumped into a hopper scale controlled by pounds per hour software to regulate up to 11,000 lbs per hour. The VacCAT system is mounted on a frame with casters and has a built-in vacuum separator.

The VacCAT metering system is designed to transfer product with uniform feeding and metering of raw poultry and meat. The design ensures consistent and reliable product flow by vacuum, which is then dumped into a hopper scale controlled by Pounds Per Hour software to regulate up to 12,000 lbs. per hour. Metering by weight is advantageous for many applications and minimizes product damage and marination loss. A product separator is included with the vacuum pump to protect the pump.
